Small Tulumba Pastry with Syrup (Sunday) - 500gThis is a fried pastry that is traditionally eaten in the Balkans and some parts of the middle-east most notably Turkey. Tulumba means "pump" and it is so called because the dough is "pumped"out of a piping bag and through a star nozzle to shape each piece. Once thedough is fried it is soaked in a sweet syrup. A little crunchy outside quite juicy inside these pastries are heavenly mini delights!
