Sofka burek with spinach and cheese is a classic Balkan specialty, made from thin layers of dough filled with a savoury filling. The combination of fresh spinach and creamy cheese provides a flavourful whole that can be served both as a meal and a hearty snack. The burek is delivered deep-frozen and can easily be prepared in the oven in about 25 minutes. For an extra golden brown crust, the dough can be brushed with beaten egg before baking.
